TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

1. Introduction
Welcome to Ananta Core, a company of Lorhan Spot Earn Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ananta Core (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and individuals or entities (“Service Provider,” “you,” or “your”) who offer services through our platform. By registering and providing services through Ananta Core, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. 2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. 2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any Service Provider at its discretion.
3. Scope of Services
3.1 Service Providers may offer professional services as permitted by Ananta Core. 3.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. 3.3 Any misrepresentation or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination of your access to our platform.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Fees for services provided will be mutually agreed upon between the Service Provider and Ananta Core. 4.2 Payments will be processed through the designated payment gateway or as per the agreement with Ananta Core. 4.3 The Company reserves the right to deduct applicable platform fees or commissions before processing payouts.
5. Obligations of the Service Provider
5.1 Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service quality. 5.2 Ensure timely delivery of services as agreed upon. 5.3 Comply with all relevant legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. 5.4 Avoid misleading, fraudulent, or unethical business practices.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All intellectual property created by the Service Provider remains their own unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6.2 The Company may use Service Provider’s branding, logo, and promotional materials for marketing purposes.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged. 7.2 Confidential information must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 Ananta Core reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access for any breach of these terms. 8.2 Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice of 30 days. 8.3 Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled within 15 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your service engagements. 9.2 The Service Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ananta Core against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 10.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Amendments
11.1 Ananta Core reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 11.2 Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
